If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 15 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items.
All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact us and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
2. Print the Return Form and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the package.
Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write “jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. We are not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair. Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email us with your problem and we will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
We will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We are sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
